Have you heard of Pilates but not sure what is actually consists of? Do you want to increase your strength and lengthen your muscles? Are you ready to revamp your fitness routine? This series is for YOU! This 4 week course will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates and give you a full understanding of just how unique this practice is. Students will be introduced to Pilates moves one at a time through verbal description, demonstration, and hands on assists if needed.  To grow your practice, students will commit to 2 nights a week for 4 weeks, meeting on Tuesdays + Thursdays at 5:30 pm. *our third week, there will be no class Thursday 1/31, and the last class is scheduled for Tuesday, February 12 at 5:30pm. *please bring your own mat with you to class* REGISTER BY 1/9 FOR ONLY $85 REGISTER 1/10 OR LATER AT FULL COST - $100
